How does PolyLevel® concrete lifting work

One of the common causes of sinking concrete is a weak soil base underneath. It is the same for all sidewalks, steps, or driveways, when the soil beneath them begins to shift, settle or wash away, it leaves a void underneath your concrete that can no longer effectively support the concrete, so it eventually becomes unlevel and sinks.

PolyLevel uses a high-density polyurethane foam that fills these voids while lifting and leveling the concrete. When the two-part urethane formula expands it allows for an extremely precise leveling, with waterproof results that are much less messy than other industry repair methods such as mudjacking.

PolyLevel step 1: drilling injection holes

1

Small 5/8” holes are drilled in the slab.

PolyLevel step 2: installing injection ports

2

Injection ports are installed.

PolyLevel step 3: injecting polyurethane foam

3

Polyurethane foam is injected under the concrete, filling the void and raising the slab.

PolyLevel step 4: sealing holes and control joints

4

Holes and control joints are sealed.
